It’s best to not eat 2 hours prior to practicing. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class commencing, allowing yourself time to sign into class. Doors will close once class has started. No shoes or mobile phones are to be taken into the yoga studio. For all 6pm and 7.30pm classes, please book your class prior to 5.30pm.
