Rebekah is a naturopath and nutritionist who specialises specifically in stress management, fatigue, anxiety, female hormone imbalances and thyroid health. After overcoming many health issues related to burn out herself, she is passionate about helping the community overcome their personal health struggles to become their vibrant and energised selves again. Rebekah takes a gentle and holistic approach that addresses the root causes of health concerns and results in long lasting health outcomes.
