Yoga for Self Care. Created by women, for women. This 2 hour workshop will be split into two sections.
You will be taken through a gentle 50 minute Hatha class – main focus is moving alignment and breath.

Second half we will explore:
Self-Care, Body Kindness and how Mindful Movement, Self-Reflection, Breath-work can assist in managing our daily stress and anxiety.
There will be opportunities for sharing, listening, and drinking tea.

About Clancy:
Clancy is a spiritual ganster who loves all things mindset and movement. She is a Yoga and Dance teacher, an accredited Life Purpose Coach with a professional background in performance in Screen & Television. When Clancy isn’t teaching she spends most of her time invested in empowering others through The Divine Compass, a connection-movement involving body image, self-care and self-worth for women.
