Flow (Warm & Hot)
A dynamic (Vinyasa), flowing style class which incorporates sun salutations, standing poses, twists, backbends, arm balances and inversions. The movements link to the breath, providing a moving meditation.
Warm Flow classes are challenging and develop, strength, flexibility, endurance, improve posture, toning and mental focus.
Warm Flow classes are heated to 26 degrees.
Hot Flow classes are heated to 34 degrees.
Perfect for the beginner yogi through to advanced yoga practitioner. A passive practice tapping into and releasing the connective tissue throughout the body, increasing circulation in the joints and creating greater range of movement and flexibility. Yin is the perfect way to unwind and practice stillness.
Whether you’ve been living a busy lifestyle, stuck at your desk all day, or exhorted your body through physical activity, Yin relives the daily tension. A transformative practice for those who need to stretch-out and unwind.

Slow & Restore
These classes are designed for students who want to take things a little gentler.
A slower paced class, focusing on alignment and breath. Set up the base of your yoga practice with Slow & Restore classes.

Sweat, Heat & Beats
Sweat, Heat and Beats is a HIIT style cardio class, combined with the strength of yoga poses.
Sculpt and tone your body starting with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a series of functional body weight and cardio exercises, finishing with gentle cool down and stretches completing the class with Savasana.
Sweat it out and move through your class with upbeat vibrant music!
What does my Yoga Intro Pass include?
The $55 for 2 week of unlimited yoga class & complimentary wellness consultation pass is valid for 14 days after first class. Once only offer available to new students of Momentum Yoga. No extensions or pass transfers.
